Postage and Delivery

For UK buyers shipping is via Royal Mail’s Signed For service, or Special Delivery for higher priced items.
All other countries are via Royal Mail’s International Tracked and Insured service, or Parcelforce’s Global Value courier service for items over 2kg.
All our shipping comes with tracking and insurance as standard.


 Most of our items are usually shipped on the next working day after payment is received.

If for any reason there is a delay in shipping your item, we will let you know as soon as possible.


UK: 24 to 48 hours
Europe: 3-5 business days
Everywhere else: 5-7 business days


For buyers outside of the UK, please remember that you might be charged Customs/ Duty tax on your purchase when it enters your country, and that you are responsible for payment of these taxes. Please check your country’s import policies if you are not already familiar with them before buying.

EU Customers - From 2021 under new EU law, any orders under 150 Euros requires the pre-payment of VAT via the new IOSS system, otherwise parcels will be rejected by your country's Customs authorities. Unfortunately this website can't do this currently, but it can be done for purchases made on Etsy, so please check out my Etsy Shop if you wish to place an order.


When making your purchase please make sure you provide your full, correct address. We reserve the right to charge postage for redelivery outside of the UK for any packages returned to us because of incorrect delivery addresses supplied by the buyer, or because they haven’t been collected from your local post office.
If the mistake is our fault though you will not be charged for redelivery.


The majority of the packaging we use is biodegradable and/or recyclable, with the only exception being jiffy bags for small items, but these are also due to phased out in favour of 100% eco-friendly packaging. Some packaging materials are also re-used to reduce waste.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Send items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before item has been dispatched

If you wish to return an item for whatever reason, please contact us within 14 days after delivery. Once you’ve let us know, you will need to return the item within 14 days to receive your refund. Refunds are dependent on the return of goods in the condition that they were despatched in, ie, unworn and with tags still attached.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if it fails to meet the following criteria:

  • All original tags must be attached
  • All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received
  • All items have not been worn
  • All items are free of any odours
  • All items must be in saleable condition

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll refund the price you paid for the item, plus the original postage. You will need to pay return shipping-we recommend using a trackable service. 

In the unlikely event that we ship the wrong item, we will refund your entire purchase and shipping in both directions. Please contact us immediately for instructions.


Whilst we take every care to make sure that your purchase is well packed to ensure it’s safe arrival, in the rare instance where your item is damaged in the post please inform us immediately. We are happy to replace or refund damaged items.
When processing claims for damaged goods we will require photos of both the damage to the parcel and of the item inside, so that we can begin insurance claims with Royal Mail.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
